Staff & Team Leadership:

• Manage and train Warehouse staff, assign tasks, and monitor their performance to ensure efficient store operations.

Inventory Management:

• Oversee the entire inventory process, including receiving goods, proper storage, recording stock movement, and dispatching products.

Stock Control:

• Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and verify stock availability to prevent shortages and/or overstocking and expiry dates.

Operations & Procedures:

• Ensure all activities, such as receiving, storage, and issuance, align with company policies and procedures.

Order & Cleanliness:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure storage area to ensure the safety and availability of products.

Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with purchase executive / branch planner teams for stock replenishment, monitor stock levels, and report any discrepancies, delays, or issues to the store manager.

Technical Skills:

• Use computer systems and software, such as inventory management databases SAP , to maintain records and generate reports.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company procedures, and identify obsolete or expired stock for proper disposal.
