Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels.
Organize and arrange stocks in the warehouse or storage area.
Issue materials and supplies to various departments as needed.
Conduct regular stock checks and cycle counts.
Ensure proper storage conditions and safety procedures.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas.
Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely replenishment.

Qualifications & Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
Good understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
Proficiency in using inventory management software.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety standards and procedures in storage areas.
