Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward/outward).
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
  • Ensure proper storage as per product category (FIFO/FEFO methods).
  • Identify and report damaged or expired items.
  • Issue materials/products to store departments as per request.
  • Update stock records in ERP/system daily.
  • Maintain proper filing of invoices, GRNs, and stock reports.
  • Generate inventory and consumption reports.
  • Work closely with procurement, logistics, and store teams.
  • Support audits and compliance requirements.


Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Graduation (BCom preferred).

  • 02 years experience in storekeeping / warehouse operations/office administration.
  • Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel).
