Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement (inward/outward).
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage as per product category (FIFO/FEFO methods).
- Identify and report damaged or expired items.
- Issue materials/products to store departments as per request.
- Update stock records in ERP/system daily.
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, GRNs, and stock reports.
- Generate inventory and consumption reports.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and store teams.
- Support audits and compliance requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduation (BCom preferred).
- 02 years experience in storekeeping / warehouse operations/office administration.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP.
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel).
