Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage inventory levels by performing regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring items are organized and easily accessible.
Maintain detailed records of inventory transactions using software systems, tracking product movements with precision.
Inspect incoming shipments for quality and quantity, reporting any damages or discrepancies to suppliers promptly.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum high school diploma is required; higher education is preferred.
2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably with UAE experience.
Previous experience in a similar storekeeping or inventory role is required.
Experience working in a large university or educational institute is highly preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Any nationality may apply.
Proficiency in oral and written English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
Excellent working knowledge of personal computers and applications, including MS Office (Excel, Word, Teams).
Strong knowledge of storekeeping and inventory control procedures, including record keeping and critical control processes.
Analytical mindset with the ability to perform accurate checks and reconciliations using computerized systems.
High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good physical condition with the ability to perform required warehouse and site duties.
