Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) materials, ensuring accurate stock levels for project needs.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming MEP materials against purchase orders, promptly addressing any discrepancies.
- Organize the store layout to optimize material accessibility, minimizing retrieval time and maximizing space utilization.
- Issue materials to MEP technicians and subcontractors, maintaining detailed records of all transactions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a High School Diploma or equivalent; a Diploma in a relevant field is advantageous.
- Holds relevant certifications such as a Forklift Operator Certificate or similar.
- Demonstrates 3+ years of experience in storekeeping, specifically within the MEP industry.
- Prior experience working on construction projects or in a similar environment is highly desirable.
