Roles & Responsibilities

We are hiring experienced Storekeepers for Oil & Gas Warehouses. The candidate must have strong knowledge of inventory control, material handling, stock management, and ERP systems. Maintain accurate stock records, stock levels & materials movement

Inventory control: Receiving, storing, issuing, and updating stock status regularly

Preparing MR (Material Request), GRN (Goods Receipt Note), PO (Purchase Order) & daily reports

Track inbound & outbound materials and coordinate with procurement & logistics

Conduct material inspections and verify quantities with delivery challans

Ensure proper labeling, storage, safety & FIFO principles

Monitor slow-moving/critical items and prepare MIS reports

Manage material documentation and records in ERP system

Support monthly & annual stock audits

Maintain store housekeeping & warehouse standards

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3+ years experience as a Storekeeper in Oil & Gas / Industrial Warehouses

Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE, HLOOKUP, SUMIF, Data Analysis)

ERP / SAP / Oracle / Tally knowledge (mandatory)

Strong documentation & reporting skills

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure & meet deadlines
