Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and record deliveries of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage of items.
  • Issue materials and equipment to FM teams as per project requirements.
  • Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in storage and handling.
  • Coordinate with procurement and maintenance teams for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
  • Prepare regular inventory reports and assist in audits.
  • Implement inventory control procedures and optimize storage space.


Desired Candidate Profile

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a Storeman role within the Facilities Management field.

Familiarity with inventory management systems and tools.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Basic knowledge of MEP materials and tools is an advantage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.
