Stores Assistant SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C

Supports the stores function in coordination with the team to ensure an effective, orderly and service-oriented stores operation for the institute.

Processes the receipt, storage and issuance of materials against approved requisitions, material indent forms, online indents, purchase orders and other authorized documents in accordance with institute procedures.

Receives supplies against approved local purchase orders or other authorized procurement documents, and verifies incoming shipments for quantity, quality, specifications, condition, shelf life and supporting documentation on a timely basis.

Ensures that all received items are properly recorded, labelled, barcoded, stored and identified for easy retrieval and traceability.

Maintains accurate records of stock receipts, issues, balances, movements and discrepancies in the relevant stores registers, spreadsheets or ERP/inventory management systems.

Assists in purchase order follow-up, replenishment coordination.

Generates routine stores and inventory reports.
