Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

To support Stores and Operations in executing daily warehouse and logistics activities while ensuring full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Stores and Operations teams in carrying out various warehouse activities.

  • Adhere to HSE guidelines as per training and Toolbox Talks (TBT) while performing stores activities.

  • Follow approved work instructions during stores optimization, loading, and unloading operations.

  • Ensure proper safety measures when handling third-party equipment such as cranes, forklifts, and jack trolleys.

  • Use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when handling explosives, ammunition, and chemicals.

  • Support safe movement, storage, and handling of materials within the facility.

HSE Roles and Responsibilities

  • Comply with reasonable Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) instructions and safe working procedures.

  • Use appropriate personal protective equipment and safety systems at all times.

  • Be familiar with emergency and evacuation procedures.

  • Avoid willful or reckless actions that may endanger anyone’s health and safety.

  • Report OSH hazards, incidents, and issues promptly to the Supervisor or Department Manager.
