Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage the stores operations, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, equipment, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate stores activities, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage the stores team, providing guidance and training.
• Optimize storage space and implement efficient stock management systems.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure timely and accurate material supply.
• Monitor and control stock levels, minimizing waste and obsolescence.
