Stores Supervisor

To supervise stores operations ensuring proper receipt, storage, issuance, and control of materials, tools, and equipment in line with company procedures and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day stores activities including receiving, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
• Ensure materials are stored properly to avoid damage, deterioration, or loss.
• Maintain accurate stock records (GRN, issue notes, stock registers, bin cards).
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO principles are followed where applicable.

Inventory Control

• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with system records.
• Identify and report shortages, excess stock, and slow-moving items.
• Prevent material wastage, misuse, and pilferage.
