Roles & Responsibilities

Your challenge:

  • Create and develop an acquisition strategy (new logo) and additional sales (international customers) on a B2B target in the Moroccan market.
  • Engage, challenge and support a target of HR decision-makers: Digital Learning Manager, Corporate Academy Director, Training Managers, HR Manager, Learning and Development Manager,....
  • Qualify and understand your prospects' operational problems, challenge conventional learning approaches, and drive sales processes around the impact that goFLUENT brings to an organization.
  • Coordinate your strategy with the Marketing, Pre-Sales and CSM teams in order to implement the solution built for your prospect.
  • Manage the sales cycle of a SaaS solution, in particular through tendering procedures.
  • Create and strengthen your professional network, especially with our LMS & LXP partners

Your profile:

  • You must have a high level of French and Arabic, written and oral, irproachable in order to change with customers and prospects. A good level of English is also required, as goFLUENT is a very international organization.
  • Ambitious and dynamic, you are attracted by the sale of services, digital transformation and new technologies.
  • Structurally, you organize your sales approach with the help of our d di s tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Nomination).
  • Referring to your territory, you are autonomous and able to develop a strategic action plan.
  • As a result, you want to accelerate your sales career in the new technologies sector (SaaS Platforms, LMS & LXP)
