Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management, providing high-level insights and recommendations aligned with the Client s strategic objectives.
• Lead the development, refresh, and enhancement of the Client s corporate strategy and long-term business plans.
• Support executive-level decision-making by delivering clear briefings, strategic analyses, and scenario evaluations.
• Conduct in-depth current-state assessments and identify improvement areas across business functions.
• Develop and refine the Client s operating model, organizational positioning, and strategic direction.
• Formulate strategic initiatives and define overarching KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Recommend and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities and collaboration frameworks.
• Lead strategic research, benchmarking, and market studies to support corporate planning and transformation efforts.
• Produce comprehensive strategy documents, reports, and assessments to guide leadership decisions.
• Build a practical and actionable Strategy Playbook for implementation across departments.
• Advise on best practices for governance, risk management, and reporting methodologies.
• Ensure alignment with internal policies and national standards throughout strategic activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of initiatives.
• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based outputs that support business transformation and operational effectiveness.
