Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Case Development

  • Conduct market, sector, and environmental analysis to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and investment proposals to secure executive approval and funding.
  • Provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making and long-term strategy.
  • Change Leadership & Governance
  • Design and implement change management roadmaps to support organizational transformation.
  • Build and manage stakeholder coalitions across multiple departments and leadership levels.
  • Lead the adoption of new processes, systems, and programs to ensure sustainable impact.

Portfolio & Initiative Oversight

  • Manage and curate the portfolio of strategic projects within the organization.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure all projects meet defined objectives, timelines, and ROI targets.

Executive Collaboration & Decision Support

  • Facilitate senior leadership meetings and steering committee sessions.
  • Prepare clear, decision-ready materials to support governance and strategic alignment.
  • Guide informed and timely decision-making on key strategic initiatives.

Performance Measurement & Analytics

  • Define KPIs for each strategic initiative.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track progress and performance.
  • Monitor outcomes and recommend course corrections to optimize results and accountability.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or Master s degree in Strategy, Public Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in strategic management, corporate development, or management consulting.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering enterprise-level transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in financial modelling, business case development, and investment appraisal.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management at executive level.
  • Prosci Change Management, PMP, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
