Roles & Responsibilities

Key Result Areas:

  • Gather and interpret data to inform strategic priorities and performance improvement through data analysis methods.
  • Convert strategic goals into measurable departmental targets and work plans, including KPIs.
  • Coordinate and document cross-functional projects to ensure efficient project planning and timely delivery of tasks.
  • Keep project management systems, tools, reports, and templates updated for consistency and visibility.
  • Track progress and identify issues early to support effective decision-making and ensure effective monitoring of milestones and risks.
  • Compile and analyze data to track institutional and departmental results by utilizing performance dashboards.
  • Support the preparation of Quarterly Reports & Presentations, and performance summaries for leadership review.
  • Prepare clear reports and materials to aid strategic discussions and decisions.
  • Maintain accurate governance records and documentation for compliance and accountability.
  • Assist the Strategy Director with tasks aligned to strategic goals and priorities.
  • Other reasonable tasks as assigned by Supervisor.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Strategic Management, or related field.
  • 6-8 years of relevant full-time work experience in strategic planning, performance monitoring, or project coordination, preferably within public or nonprofit sectors.
  • Basic understanding of strategic frameworks, project lifecycles, and performance management.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an asset.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to draft and edit a variety of written reports and communications and to articulate ideas clearly and concisely; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
