Roles & Responsibilities
Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement strategic plans in alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and threats.
- Provide recommendations to senior management based on data-driven insights.
- Monitor progress towards strategic goals and make adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, preferably in a supervisory role.
