Qualification and Experience

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent work experience (adjust per region).
• 2 3+ years in Graphic Design, Communications, or Pursuits Strategy, ideally within a global organization.
• Familiarity with pursuit activation or new business pitches.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build collaborative relationships across teams.
