Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead Strategic Customer Engagements
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers, engaging deeply to understand their strategic needs, challenges, and ambitions.
- Translate complex requirements into tailored solution roadmaps that may include design validation, full-stack integration, or infrastructure optimization.
- Drive meaningful conversations with C-level stakeholders, positioning Submer as a long-term innovation partner.
Drive commercial growth
- Lead strategic sales initiatives focused on large-scale enterprise projects.
- Identify, cultivate, and close opportunities that align with Submer s value proposition around sustainable, scalable infrastructure.
- Monitor industry trends, funding programs (e.g., PIF-backed AI and digital transformation initiatives), and regulatory developments to anticipate market shifts.
Foster cross-collaboration
- Partner closely with Solution Architects and internal teams (Design & Build, R&D, Marketing, Customer Support, AI Cloud) to co-develop proposals that deliver measurable business value.
- Align regional initiatives with Submer s global strategy, ensuring consistent execution and messaging.
- Provide structured feedback to product and R&D teams based on customer and market needs.
Build long-term partnerships and market presence
- Establish and nurture enduring relationships with customers, strategic partners, and ecosystem players.
- Support customers beyond the sale to ensure long-term success and expand collaboration opportunities.
- Represent Submer at key industry events, forums, and government initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the Kingdom.
What you ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA or postgrad preferred).
- Proven track record in consultative, strategic enterprise sales within the data center, cloud, or IT infrastructure industries.
- Deep understanding of data center ecosystems, including design, integration, sustainability, and performance optimization.
- Experience working on large-scale, high-impact enterprise projects (e.g., regional deployments, hyperscale data centers.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence C-level and senior enterprise decision makers.
- Analytical and systems-thinking mindset with an ability to uncover opportunities through dialogue and data.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across complex enterprise organizations.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
