Minimum Qualification & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain management positions or similar managerial roles.
• Prior experience in the OFSE/Drilling industry.
• Knowledge of the GCC & international oil & gas market, contracts and Supply Chain.

HSE Responsibility:

• Conducts all works activities in line with Company's Goal Zer0 initiative, to stay safe and be environmentally responsible at all times by not taking on any task(s) that are perceived to be unsafe.
• Comply with the company QHSE Management system.

Sourcing and Contracting Strategies:

• Drives supply chain transformation through structured programs and effective communication to enhance resilience and efficiency.
• Develops and executes cost-reduction and category-specific sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals, delivering annual savings targets.
• Manages strategic contracts with OEMs to ensure timely delivery of spares and maintenance, aiming for zero non-productive time (NPT) across the fleet.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM):

• Builds and manages strategic supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, sustainability, and continuous improvement.
• Implements supplier segmentation, risk management, and collaboration frameworks focused on cost optimization and service excellence.

Sourcing and Contracts Operations:

• Oversees end-to-end sourcing activities including bidding, supplier selection, negotiations, and contract execution to ensure value, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Optimizes sourcing processes and vendor partnerships to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develops renewal processes and provide strategic recommendations for expiring contracts.

Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:

• Standardize procurement systems and controls (e.g., RFPs, purchase/change orders, eligibility criteria) to boost efficiency and compliance
• Utilizes digital sourcing tools to enhance operational efficiency

Other Duties:

• Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager in order to ensure that flow of work is continuous and adequate relief is provided

Qatarization:

• Assists in the execution of the Qatarization plan and the training/development of Qatari nationals in order to meet the company's strategic objective
