Roles & Responsibilities

Support the development of strategic and business plans by contributing analysis, inputs, and market research

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify key trends, risks, and opportunities in the telecom market.

Support benchmarking activities against regional and global telecom operators by collecting data, analyzing gaps, and summarizing findings.

Analyse and convert raw data from internal and external sources into clear, structured reports, charts, and presentations.

Support the preparation of business cases (BCs) by developing assumptions, basic financial models, and scenario analysis.

Contribute to the annual planning and budgeting process, including data preparation, KPI tracking, and performance analysis.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams and Ooredoo Group to collect inputs, validate data, and support alignment on strategic initiatives.

Participate in strategy workshops and meetings, supporting discussions through analysis, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Bachelor s degree in engineering, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is an advantage but not mandatory).
Minimum of three years of work experience in the Telecommunication field.
Minimum of two years of work experience in business planning and annual budget exercises.

Technical & Analytical Skills

Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, templates, charts, basic modeling).

Ability to prepare business cases and financial evaluations with guidance and defined frameworks.

Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, producing clear and professional management-level presentations.

Core Competencies

Good command of English (spoken and written); Arabic and Kurdish are an advantage.
