Job Title: Strategy & Management Consultant (Contractor)

Job Overview:

Our client, a leading financial institution, is hiring a Strategy Consultant with 3+ years of experiencepreferably at a top-tier consulting firm (T1/T2). The role involves developing strategic plans, creating executive pitch decks, and managing cross-functional projects. The ideal candidate will translate business goals into tangible actions and support initiatives related to cash management and tax structuring. Banking or financial services background is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research, industry benchmarking, and strategic analysis

• Translate theoretical strategies and goals into structured, implementable workstreams

• Create, design, and deliver executive-level pitch decks and presentations

• Lead and support cross-functional strategic projects with clear KPIs and milestones

• Provide insights on financial strategy, cash optimization, or tax structuring as required

• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders across the business

• Collaborate with internal teams to align strategy with operations and execution

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)

• 3+ years of strategy consulting experience at T1/T2 firms or equivalent

• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering pitch decks

• Familiarity with financial services, especially within banking environments

• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities

• Prior experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is a plus
