Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking seconded junior to mid-level consultants, designers, and researchers with 58 years of experience to support the strategy team s execution activities and design-led deliverables.
- 5 8 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, design, research, or related roles.
- Proven experience in supporting strategy implementation and execution, not just analytical work.
- Strong exposure to design thinking, service design, or user-centric frameworks.
- Experience working in consulting firms, design studios, or innovation teams.
- Exposure to digital transformation, innovation, or strategy-led initiatives.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across business, technology, and design functions.
