Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:

- Define and Deliver Brand Clarity
- Create brand strategies that are simple, inspiring, and actionable.
- Ensure each brand s foundation is documented, presented, and approved by the client within defined timelines.
- Guide and Train Client Partner Teams
- Design and run practical training sessions to help account and client-facing teams master brand thinking and creative briefing.
- Measure success by the team s ability to brief creatives with clarity, purpose, and confidence.
- Bridge Strategy with Digital and Social
- Translate brand foundations into digital behavior ensuring tone, content, and creative output stay true to the brand online.
- Partner closely with creative and media teams to maintain consistency between strategy and execution.
- Drive Insight and Cultural Relevance
- Continuously bring cultural, social, and consumer insights into the agency not just trends but meaning behind them.
- Lead sessions or internal updates that keep Tribe X thinking ahead of the curve.
- Own Strategic Quality and Consistency
- Oversee the quality of all brands strategic outputs across the agency.
- Create tools, templates, and frameworks that standardize excellence in brand building across teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
- 8+ years of experience in brand strategy, planning, or creative strategy, preferably within digital-first or integrated agencies.
- Proven experience building or guiding the creation of brand platforms from positioning and storytelling to tone of voice.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital culture, and how people engage with brands online.
- Deep curiosity about people, culture, and the world can spot emerging behaviors and explain why they matter.
- Strong communication and presentation skills able to inspire clients and teams with clarity and conviction.
- A natural teacher and mentor enjoys coaching teams to think more deeply.
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brands.
- Understanding of creative production, media, and content planning.
- Comfortable facilitating workshops and strategy sessions with clients and teams.
