Strategy Manager : In-House Strategy Management

• Manage the strategy refresh and related initiatives at headquarters.
• Oversee strategic projects and stakeholder engagement across global assets.
• Prepare internal and external reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with international teams.
• Track KPIs and manage scorecards for ongoing initiatives.
• Support ongoing strategy research and benchmarking.

• Strong strategy and consulting background (Big 4 or similar) OR corporate/internal strategy.
• Proven PMO/project management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree (BSc minimum).
• Exposure to HR-related projects (rewards, workforce planning, engagement) preferred.
