Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan and oversee end-to-end project lifecycles (from discovery to delivery)
Manage priorities, timelines, and resources
Estimate projects for new clients and define realistic roadmaps
Communicate with customers and manage expectations clearly and transparently
Handle risks, dependencies, and change management
Analyze, clarify, and document requirements
Prepare and maintain project documentation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers) using Agile methodologies br> Scrum/Kanban
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development br> English B2 or higher written and verbal communication with team and clientbr> Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and track project activities across multiple teamsbr> Strong communication and leadership skills you ll be the bridge between clients, developers, and business stakeholdersbr> Solid understanding of how software products are built and deliveredbr> Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting prioritiesbr> Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)br> Proficiency with JIRA / Trello / Notionbr> Excellent analytical and documentation skillsbr> Business-oriented mindset and focus on delivering value
