Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Analyze the client's explicit and implicit needs
Define, design and validate One Time repairs for aircraft nacelles.
Perform structural analyses and dimensioning via:
- CATIA for 3D design,
- Patran/Nastran for numerical simulation,
- STREAME for the specific calculation of Safran Nacelles.
- Analytical calculations for verification and orders of magnitude.
establish and formalize repair ranges in accordance with internal standards and customer requirements.
Prepare the technical files and associated calculation justifications.
Participate in the establishment and validation of specifications.
Ensure the conformity of deliverables (quality, deadlines, costs).
Address the changes and capitalize on the technical solutions.
Communicate effectively with project teams, technical coordinators and the end client.
Anticipate technical risks related to repairs and propose corrective solutions.
To contribute to the continuous improvement of repair methods and tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
Mechanical/aeronautical engineer with initial experience or significant internship in structural calculations or aeronautical repairs.
My mastery of tools: CATIA, Patran/Nastran, STREAME, analytical calculation.
Knowledge of design and repair processes in aeronautics (nacelles, primary or secondary structures).
Rigour, autonomy and adaptability.
Good written and oral communication skills, including technical English.
Ability to work in a multicultural team and interact with a demanding client.
