Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and approve civil and structural design drawings and calculations.
Ensure structural design coordination with architectural, MEP, and landscape teams.
Review consultant designs and shop drawings
Lead the preparation of tender and construction documents related to civil works.
Evaluate design alternatives for cost efficiency and constructability.
Coordinate with authorities to ensure design approvals and code compliance.
Provide technical support during construction to resolve design-related issues.
Participate in design and coordination meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
