Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of buildings and civil structures using software such as ETABS, SAFE, and SAP2000.
- Develop detailed structural drawings and design documentation using AutoCAD.
- Create and manage 3D structural models in Revit to coordinate with other disciplines.
- Carry out design calculations and prepare technical reports.
- Utilize CSI Column & SP Column for column design and detailing.
- Review and ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design conflicts.
- Support senior engineers in preparing design deliverables, BOQs, and construction documents.
- Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4 8 years of proven experience in structural design and analysis.
- Revit & AutoCAD for drafting and modeling.
- ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 for structural analysis and design.
- CSI Column & SP Column for structural member design.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Solid knowledge of international design codes (e.g., ACI, AISC, BS, or Eurocodes).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience working in consultancy or design offices.
- Exposure to multidisciplinary project environments.
