Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create detailed structural drawings using CAD software, ensuring accuracy in dimensions and specifications for construction projects. BBS and ADS

  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and integrate design changes seamlessly into existing plans.

  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from project stakeholders, rapidly adapting to changes to maintain project timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations by integrating relevant standards into all drafting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field is preferred for a foundational understanding of structural principles.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in structural drafting, particularly in commercial or residential construction projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other structural design software is essential for producing high-quality drawings.
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) systems is a valuable asset for modern drafting practices.
