Job Title: Structural Draftsman

Location: Mogadishu, Somalia
Experience: 8 – 15 Years
Job Type: Full-time

Notice period- Immediate to 15 Days

Desired Candidate Profile
- Infra,road and bridge ,building ,residential ,commercial building Experience .
- we focus on the candidates with high rise building experience.
- Prepare, update, and finalize structural, architectural, and finishing drawings as per project requirements.
- Develop detailed and accurate shop drawings with clarity and precision.
- Prepare and revise MEP coordination drawings ensuring conflict-free integration.
- Handle as-built drawings, documentation, and drawing submissions.
- Prepare and review Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) as per structural requirements.
- Work closely with engineers and site teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
- Ensure all drawings comply with UAE building codes and engineering standards.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in drafting within the construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
