Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform structural analysis and design of façade systems including curtain walls, unitized panels, canopies, and cladding assemblies.
  • Prepare and review structural calculations, design reports, and fabrication drawings.
  • Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to ensure manufacturability and design compliance.
  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and verify load-bearing capacities for façade components.
  • Support prototype testing and structural validation processes.
  • Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (BS, EN, ASTM, AISC, etc.).
  • Coordinate with project, production, and quality teams to address design or site-related technical queries.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and design records for all façade projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in façade design and manufacturing (not site construction).
  • Proficiency in STAAD Pro, ANSYS, RFEM, or equivalent structural analysis software.
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
  • Understanding of façade materials — aluminium, glass, steel, and related fasteners.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
  • Strong communication and attention to detail.
