Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Structural Engineer with 8+ years of practical experience to join our team in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design, analysis, and project management, with proven expertise in using Autodesk Revit for modeling and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and analyze structural components for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
  • Prepare detailed structural drawings and documentation using Autodesk Revit.
  • Conduct structural inspections and ensure compliance with local codes and international standards.
  • Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers to deliver integrated project solutions.
  • Review contractor submissions and provide technical guidance during construction.
  • Mentor junior engineers and oversee their technical development.
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural engineering.

Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other structural design software (ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, or similar).

Deep understanding of Egyptian construction codes and standards.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with large-scale projects and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Leadership experience in managing design teams.
