Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and review structural shop drawings and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Prepare quantity surveying and material take-off reports
- Review project specifications and structural drawings accurately
- Prepare BOQs and technical documentation for construction projects
- Ensure all technical office activities are completed according to project timelines
- Follow up on project progress and provide technical support when required
- Coordinate with internal departments to maintain efficient workflow
- Ensure compliance with company standards, project requirements, and quality regulations
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering
- 5 8 years of experience in Structural Technical Office works
- Strong knowledge of structural drawings and project specifications
- Excellent experience in shop drawings, quantity surveying, and BOQ preparation
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in construction and engineering projects is preferred
