Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Amaken is currently recruiting a Structural Engineer for a leading fit-out and interior contracting company in the UAE. This role is key in ensuring the structural integrity of interior modifications, supporting fast-track project delivery, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams across multiple projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
- Minimum 5 8 years of progressive experience in structural engineering roles
- Strong experience in fit-out, interior contracting, or design & build projects
- Solid knowledge of structural calculations, steel structures, and load assessments
- Experience in preparing and reviewing shop drawings and technical details
- Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority requirements
- Strong coordination skills with architectural and MEP teams
- Ability to work under pressure and manage fast-track projects
- Previous experience within the UAE or GCC region is highly preferred
Desired Candidate Profile
