KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Structural Design & Engineering Analysis

• Develop structural concepts in accordance with applicable codes and standards.
• Perform technical and feasibility studies for proposed projects.
• Conduct structural calculations and load analysis.
• Use structural calculation software and AutoCAD to prepare detailed designs.
• Assess structural sustainability and environmental considerations.

2- BOQ & Technical Documentation

• Prepare and submit structural BOQs including job specifications and material schedules.
• Review and validate shop drawings for compliance with design intent.
• Log structural modifications and maintain as-built documentation.
• Complete required quality assurance documentation.

3- Cross-Disciplinary Coordination

• Coordinate structural designs with architectural and MEP teams.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and technical consultants.
• Resolve structural design conflicts by proposing alternative solutions.
• Support procurement processes related to structural materials and equipment.

4- Site & Construction Support

• Provide structural clarification during execution phases.
• Ensure structural works comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Support smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Monitor field changes and integrate structural adjustments accordingly.

5- Quality & Compliance

• Ensure structural designs comply with legal and safety regulations.
• Follow ISO 9001 quality management standards.
• Adhere to company policies and documentation procedures.

6- Reporting & Accountability

• Submit structural designs and revisions for managerial approval.
• Report technical risks or constraints to the DDOM.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
