Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design and analyze structural components for residential, commercial, and industrial
projects
Prepare detailed structural drawings, calculations, and specifications
Review architectural designs and ensure structural feasibility and safety
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project teams
Identify and resolve structural issues during design and execution phases
Prepare technical reports and documentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering
Preferred Candidates: Sharjah & Ajman residents
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in structural engineering
Strong knowledge of structural design principles and analysis
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, SAFE, or STAAD
Familiarity with UAE building codes and authority requirements
Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
