Roles & Responsibilities
Job description
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will be involved in a variety of projects and will be responsible for:
Analyze technical risks and carry out prevention missions.
Check plans and issue technical opinions.
Carry out site visits and write the corresponding reports.
Participate in site meetings alongside the project stakeholders.
Follow the notices issued until the work is accepted.
Draw up the end-of-work reports.
Ensure the technical, administrative and economic follow-up of projects.
Maintain and develop a relationship of trust with customers.
Report your activity regularly to your activity manager.
Qualifications
You have an engineering or senior technician training with experience in the field of Civil Engineering, Building, Construction, you have the technical and regulatory skills in the building field.
You have a very good organization, are rigorous in the management and administrative follow-up of your missions. You are autonomous while having a very good ability to work in a team, a taste for human relations and customer relations.
