Responsibilities:

• Prepare the shop drawing list (E1) and material list and manage the submission of shop drawings based on project planning schedules.
• Review and validate structural shop drawings derived from IFC design provided by the consultant or employer.
• Lead and manage the structural team to ensure shop drawings are delivered within the approved time and quality standards.
• Follow up on structural technical issues, ensuring compliance with project specifications, standards, and codes.
• Review contract documents including drawings, BOQ, and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct daily coordination with Architectural and MEP teams to ensure fully integrated and clash-free drawings.
• Hold weekly meetings with the team to align with project progress and targets.
• Attend site coordination meetings to update engineering documentation based on site progress.
• Identify and resolve potential technical issues to ensure constructible structural drawings.
• Coordinate all technical matters between engineering, construction, procurement, and subcontractors.
• Review subcontractors shop drawings and confirm compliance with design intent prior to formal submission.
• Assist the Section Head in managing logs (events, additional items, lessons learned) and maintaining documentation accuracy.
• Evaluate subcontractors performance based on quality and timeliness and share evaluation with Procurement.
• Ensure the implementation of engineering methodology and regular progress follow-up with the engineering team.
