Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural design delivery for complex and high-profile building projects
- Provide technical leadership and strategic input across projects
- Manage client relationships and act as a key technical advisor
- Oversee multidisciplinary coordination and ensure integration across design teams
- Drive innovation, digital delivery, and technical excellence
- Mentor and develop engineering teams
Senior Structural Engineer:
- Deliver structural design for buildings from concept through to detailed design
- Coordinate with architects and multidisciplinary teams
- Perform analysis, design calculations, and technical reviews
- Support project delivery, timelines, and quality standards
- Assist in mentoring junior engineers
Design Structural Engineer:
- Support structural design and analysis under supervision
- Prepare calculations, reports, and design documentation
- Assist in developing structural models and drawings
- Coordinate with internal teams to support project delivery
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Proven experience in building structural design (high-rise, commercial, mixed-use, or complex structures)
- Strong knowledge of international design codes and standards (e.g., Eurocodes, ACI, BS)
- Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in KSA
- Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Revit)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
For senior roles:
- Demonstrated leadership in project delivery
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
