Roles & Responsibilities

* Lead and manage structural engineering activities across projects
* Oversee design reviews, calculations, and technical deliverables
* Ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements
* Manage coordination with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
* Monitor project progress, risks, and technical performance

* Bachelor s degree in Civil / Structural Engineering (Master s is a plus)

* 13 15 years of experience

* Strong experience in real estate development or construction companies

* Proven experience in managing teams and large projects

* Strong leadership, planning, and decision-making skills
