Roles & Responsibilities

A international leading personal care company, specializing in skin care, is looking for a strong>Structural Packaging Designer/strong> to help build functional, innovative and sustainable packaging solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging that is innovative, sustainable, and aligned with brand standards
  • Research materials and market trends to recommend creative and forward-thinking solutions
  • Create dummies, 3D models, and functional prototypes
  • Work closely with marketing, supply chain, production, and packaging development teams
  • Manage packaging development and coordination among multiple suppliers
  • Perform testing and validation to ensure quality and production efficiency
  • Deliver training and support on packaging design tools and methodologies
  • Conduct Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) to evaluate environmental impact and guide sustainability initiatives

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Packaging Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in packaging development
  • Proficiency in LCA and design software such as ArtiosCAD or Rhinoceros
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities
  • Strong focus on sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement
