Structural Project Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and implement design instructions from the Lead Structural Engineer.

• Plan and perform structural design and framing system analysis.

• Coordinate effectively with Architecture, Mechanical, and Electrical departments to meet project requirements.

• Check final structural working drawings to ensure compliance with approved criteria and international codes.

• Review and approve contractors submittals and shop drawings.

• Provide technical support and recommendations to site engineers to resolve construction challenges.

• Manage documentation and communication of signed forms, reports, and submissions between departments.

Education:

• Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and proven experience as a team manager.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

• Ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) and related structural software.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Work Environment:

• Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment.

• Overtime may be required based on project demands, including occasional weekends or holidays.
