Role & responsibilities
- Supervise structural steel erection and fabrication activities at site
- Monitor welding, fit-up, cutting, and assembly works
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings and project specifications
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, and HSE teams
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily site operations
- Track daily progress and ensure project timelines are met
- Enforce safety procedures and HSE compliance on site
- Identify and resolve site issues effectively
