Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue structural shop drawings and quantity surveying (QS) for all assigned tasks.
- Review and suggest technical proposals for design drawings, resolving clashes between structural and architectural disciplines.
- Prepare bending lists and coordinate works with all project disciplines.
- Conduct quantity surveys for steel, concrete, and all site activities (manual or software-based).
- Review and prepare invoices, verify subcontractor invoices, and coordinate with the main consultant.
- Ensure timely delivery of all required documentation and materials to the site.
- Review preliminary and working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate multi-discipline design drawings to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Verify BOQ quantities through thorough material take-off checks.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 5 7 years in a similar role within the construction field.
- Discipline: Civil Engineering.
- Background in real estate development, contracting, or consulting is required.
- Experience in residential compounds is a must.
- Proficiency in Technical Office software (AutoCAD, MS Office, and other engineering tools).
- ESD & shop drawings background is essential.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
