Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1-Preparing and presenting design statistical system & concrete dimensions proposals to clients
2-Make & produce full design packages starting from the idea till shop drawings for permit & construction
3-Prepare detailed design drawings, shop drawings, calculation reports, and specifications using CAD software & other design programs such as: AutoCAD / Revit / SAP/ safe .
4-Coordinate all designs with different departments, such as architecture, MEP
5-Coordination with suppliers and contractors
6- Working on the BOQs, cost analysis, cost estimation, & bidding pricing
7-Attending regular meetings with clients, contractors,s and other specialists
8-Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications and standards
9-Support project management tasks, including scheduling and budgeting
