Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all on-site structural construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

• Direct and coordinate a team of skilled workers, including carpenters, concrete finishers, and laborers, to ensure efficient task completion.

  
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management is a plus.

• Holds a minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Structure Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
