Student Communication & Educational Advisor

- Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email.
- Guide students on scholarships, university selection, and applications.
- Encourage students to apply through us to receive the best services and full support.
- Keep accurate records and follow up to ensure student success.
- Earn monthly commissions, plus monthly & seasonal bonuses for top performance.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 1 5 years in customer service or related field.
- Excellent Arabic communication skills; English is a plus.
- Friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude.
- Ability to handle inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and email efficiently.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools and office software.
- Flexible with working hours and able to work independently or in a team.
- Positive, customer-focused mindset with willingness to learn.
- Ability to persuade students to apply through us and achieve set targets.
