Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in administering and maintaining the Student Information System (SIS), primarily Power Campus.
- Support end users by identifying common issues, troubleshooting, and escalating complex cases when needed.
- Help create and maintain SSRS reports to support business and academic requirements.
- Assist with transcript updates, ensuring accurate calculation and reporting of students grades and GPAs.
- Provide support for data uploads, migrations, and routine data entry within the SIS.
- Help manage user privileges according to roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor system usage and database health with supervision, escalating concerns when necessary.
- Participate in analyzing processes and suggest improvements to enhancebr>efficiency and data accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 1 2 years of technical experience in student information systems or related applications.
-Familiarity with Power Campus is an advantage.
- Exposure to Banner, Oracle Student Cloud, or similar applications is a plus.
