Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks: data entry, reporting, filing, and client/student systems management.
  • Review applications, process documents, and evaluate scholarships.
  • Act as first contact for student inquiries; provide counseling, guidance sessions, and workshops.
  • Plan, organize, and represent the university in local and international recruitment events, school visits, and open houses.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, counselors, and potential students.
  • Manage event logistics, student ambassador program, and follow-up communications.
  • Coordinate with marketing to prepare materials, content, and communication updates.
  • Train call center team on recruitment processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or any relevant Education
  • 0-2 years of experience
  • Time Management, Microsoft Office, Interpersonal & Communication skills
