As a Studio Manager Dubai, you will serve as the key point of contact for all studio bookings, ensuring that everything operates smoothly and efficiently. You will manage booking schedules, oversee payments, and make sure that studio rules are followed during shoots. You will also provide hands-on support during shoots, helping with the movement of walls, lighting setups, and props to create seamless experiences for clients. The ideal Studio Manager candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of studio operations, and a proactive attitude to support both clients and the internal team.

Responsibilities:

• Booking & Scheduling Management: As Studio Manager Dubai, you will efficiently manage all studio bookings, ensuring no overlaps and up-to-date scheduling.

• Payment Coordination: You will ensure that all payments for studio bookings are processed on time, coordinating with clients regarding invoices, deposits, and final payments.

• Studio Rule Enforcement: Monitor shoots to ensure that studio rules are adhered to, ensuring safety and efficiency during each shoot.

• Assistance During Shoots: Provide hands-on support during shoots, including the movement of walls, setting up lighting and props, and offering guidance on studio setup.

• Lighting & Props Assistance: Ensure proper lighting setups and props are available and in working order. Assist clients with setup and adjustments to maintain high production quality.

• Client Support & Troubleshooting: As the primary point of contact, offer proactive assistance to clients regarding studio equipment and setup, anticipating their needs and troubleshooting on-site issues.

• Studio Maintenance: Ensure the studio is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including equipment upkeep and replenishing supplies as needed.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with production teams and other departments to ensure smooth coordination for shoots, providing input on studio capabilities and requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Studio Manager or in a similar role in a production or creative environment.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and payments simultaneously.

• Hands-on experience with studio equipment, lighting setups, and props.

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as moving walls and assisting with scene setups.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, creative teams, and management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of troubleshooting issues during shoots.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-driven with a strong customer service orientation.

• Knowledge of safety protocols and studio best practices.
